A lot of what we do starts by looking at how a company operates, and that works better in person. We sit down with you, map the systems you already run on, and figure out the first thing worth connecting. Then we change one thing at a time, at a pace your people can absorb.

We're based in Coeur d'Alene and work in person across Kootenai County: Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and out to Sandpoint. Spokane and Spokane Valley are a short drive we make regularly. North Idaho is a good place to be doing this work right now. The University of Idaho is standing up AI degree programs with Coeur d'Alene availability, and the region's manufacturers and trades are automating faster than most people notice. Builds are quoted per project after we've seen your systems, and the consult fee is credited if you hire us within 90 days.
Do you only work with tech companies? Almost never, actually. Contractors, home services, professional services, manufacturers, and other operating businesses in the $1M to $50M range are the bulk of the work.
