Search for business automation in Spokane and you'll find packaging machinery, office copiers, HVAC controls, and machine shops. All of that is real automation. Liberty Lake is closer to our office than half of Coeur d'Alene is. For working sessions we come to you, and when you want to see live systems before spending anything, our office is a short drive with the good direction of I-90 traffic.
State lines matter less in this work than people expect. What matters is whether your consultant will sit in the room with your office manager, watch how the estimate really gets built, and take responsibility when the system needs adjusting in month three.
Distance is what usually kills that. Thirty-five minutes doesn't.

We're a Washington company. Does hiring an Idaho firm complicate anything? It hasn't for our clients. You're buying software systems and consulting, and the contract, invoicing, and support all work the same on either side of the state line.
